The Idea Gallery - Tabletop Displays

Communal tabletop displays will be built around the following collateral, experiential and decor elements, and giveaways.

NEW 'Grab and Go' Submission Process

Before you leave for Orlando:
  • GRAB up to three items from your events that you want to display.
  • GRAB at least 10 of your business cards per display entry.

And when you arrive in Orlando:
  • GO to the AEP Conference registration area at the Wyndham and drop off your entries and business cards:
    • Saturday,  January 9,  12pm-7pm
    • Sunday,  January 10,  7am-8:15am
