Kathleen S. Nelson Academic Event Professional Student Scholarship 

The Student Scholarship is designated to assist one student enrolled in a course of study that will lead to a career in academic event planning to attend the Academic Event Professional Conference each year.

Eligibility Requirements:
  ·         nominee must be currently enrolled at an accredited institution in a program that will lead to a career in academic events
  ·         nominee must be a junior, senior or graduate student

Submission Requirements:
  ·         250-word experience value-added essay
  ·         Recommendation from a current course instructor
