Register for AEP 2013

AEP 2013 registration includes all education sessions, the Sunday networking reception, breakfast and lunch on Monday as well as a special networking dinner on Monday night.


Early Bird Registration (valid until Sept 30, 2012) - $345 per registrant


Early Bird Group Registration (valid until Sept 30, 2012 when registering three or more attendees from the same institution) - $325 per registrant


Full Registration - $395 per registrant


Full Group Registration (valid when registering three or more attendees from the same institution) - $375 per registrant

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration by midnight EST on 11/01/2012, AEP will refund 75% of your registration fee.

If you cancel your registration by midnight EST on 12/15/2012, AEP will refund 50% of your registration fee.

If you cancel your registration by midnight EST on 1/01/2013, AEP will refund 25% of your registration fee.

Cancellations after 1/01/2013 are non-refundable.
 
Please note that your registration is 100% transferable.  Please contact Grace Riddle if you need to transfer your registration to a colleague.
