Dates: October 16-18, 2022 City: Boston, MA Venue: Boston University Questrom School of Business The Academic Event Professional (AEP) conference provides a rare opportunity for event planners in academe to receive tailored professional development, network with one another, and visit with vendors that specialize in products for academic environments. Attracting both seasoned planners and industry newcomers, the conference focuses on topics unique to higher education events and helps them share - and create - best practices for the field. Conference agendaregistrationThe cost is $595 for early bird registration (before September 30) and $695 for regular registration. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellations 60 days out are eligible for a full refund, 30 days out a 50% refund, and within 30 days will have funds applied to 2023 AEP registration. Hotel AccommodationsAEP preferred hotel is the Hotel Commonwealth, located one block from the Questrom School of Business in the heart of Kenmore Square in Boston's Back Bay. Our block is full and the hotel is at capacity across our conference dates -- please email info@aep-edu.com to be put on the waitlist, or you may book elsewhere. The Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge and Residence Inn Backbay/Fenway are two nearby options.
