The Fourth Academic Event Professional Conference, AEP 2010, took place alongside The Special Event Show in New Orleans on Monday January 11, 2010. The New Orleans Marriott at the Convention Center hosted the event.
Academic Event Professional, now in its fifth year, is a forum where you can meet and learn from your academic event planning peers and event industry leaders to help develop professional event management skills. The conference is invaluable to both experienced planners in development, alumni relations, marketing and fundraising, through the sharing of best practices, and to newcomers to the industry in learning from the experiences of other campus planners.
AEP 2011 is going to take place on January 23-24, 2011 in Phoenix, AZ. If you are interested in participating in AEP 2011 as a speaker, or if you know someone who is, you can find our call for speakers and a proposal form here.
