Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration by midnight EST on December 20, 2019, AEP will refund 75% of the fee.
If you cancel your registration by midnight EST on January 24, 2020, AEP will refund 50% of the fee.
Cancellations made after February 21, 2020 are non-refundable.

Registration Transfers

Attendee registration is 100% transferable.
Please contact Alexandra Flentje to transfer your registration to a colleague.
